Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days. We also offer Express Shipping (1-2 working days) and Next Day shipping options.
For some larger furniture and oversized items, delivery times can be a little longer. Please check the delivery information on the product page, which will state the delivery time from the point of ordering.
How much is delivery?
Our standard UK shipping prices are as follows:
- Standard shipping £3.95
- Next Day Shipping £6.95
- Saturday Shipping £9.95
I am purchasing from outside of the UK, what do I need to know?
- Channel Islands - £15.00 Standard Delivery (please note we do not cover any customs duties or expenses and this will be covered at your own cost).
- Isle of Man - £15.00 Standard Delivery (please note we do not cover any customs duties or expenses and this will be covered at your own cost).
- Republic of Ireland - £15.00 Standard Delivery (we will cover customs duties and related costs).
Where do we ship to?
Currently we ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland and US. We don’t ship to any other countries outside of those mentioned.
Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to customs.
My parcel hasn’t been delivered?
- Missing Items: Please get in touch with us if your parcel hasn’t arrived with you for any reason. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item by mistake, email us at email@example.com and our Customer Care team will help to put things right.
- Damaged/faulty Items: We take pride in ensuring our lovely parcels reach you safely and securely. If you receive something that may have been damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach images to support your query.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at email@example.com.
Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on a lost or missing parcel sent by standard Royal Mail delivery.
